eileen-fisherOne of my biggest pet peeves has to be finding something I love online and then discovering that the U.S. retailer doesn’t ship to Canada. I just don’t understand how cross-border shipping can still be such a problem. Regardless, I love cyber-shopping and getting inspiration from photos, even if I can’t purchase the product. This bedding from Eileen Fisher is just stunning. I adore the muted colour palette and the hand-tufted pure silk comforter.

I love to crawl into a freshly made bed with crisp new sheets, don’t you? And my new favourite linens are these 250 thread count, sateen jersey sheets from Cotton Ginny. Part of the company’s new Eco-ganic line of 100% certified organic cotton products, these sheets feel silky soft against your skin. The flat sheet features extra-deep pockets (15” to be exact), which means it’ll fit nice and snug around your mattress and won’t come off in the middle of the night, leaving you tangled up in a load of linens. And the pillowcases have envelope closures, meaning they’ll stay on nice and snug, too. Reasonably priced, they’re available in white and taupe, nice neutrals to match most any decor.

Available at: Cotton Ginny stores across Canada
Price: $70 (Queen), $90 (King)
